please help. my husband is working now and has been since the end of may. his semi has broke down and our water and electric have to be paid by monday morning or it will be shut off. I have a 7 yr old with adhd and bipolor disorder and im not asking for a handout. We will repay every dime. Electric is 250 and water is 40..please help us please
